Bill Wilson Center in partnership with Lens Co will implement a strategic evaluation approach to evaluate the effectiveness of a young people in a Rapid Rehousing (RRH) program in Santa Clara County. The evaluation consists of two major components: youth outcomes assessment and program process assessment. Both focus on how the identified core components of RRH potentially facilitate the program’s success. These components include: life programs, parenting skills, training, mental health counseling, education about renter rights and responsibilities, and permanent connections. All components must use a Trauma Informed Care, Housing First, and Harm Reduction approach.
